Last updated: 13 October 2026. Quote-based professional supply — no cart, no published pricing. The quotation and order confirmation govern each sale.
Vorlend supplies professional buyers for business use. Products are lifting and fixing equipment — not consumer goods. Buyer warrants business use and competent installation.
2.1 Site content is an invitation to request a quote, not an offer. 2.2 Each quotation states configuration, quantities, price, MOQ, lead time, delivery term, and validity (default 30 days). 2.3 An order is accepted on our written order confirmation. 2.4 Final configuration is confirmed at quotation — datasheets and capacities in the confirmation prevail over site summaries.
Prices are ex-works unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT, duties, and freight. Payment terms per quotation/confirmation. Late payment accrues statutory commercial interest; we may suspend deliveries on overdue accounts.
Lead times are estimates. Risk passes per the agreed Incoterm (default EXW). Buyer inspects on receipt and reports visible damage/shortage within 7 days with photos and packing notes.
Lifting equipment must be used per manuals, rated capacities, and applicable standards (e.g. EN 13155 for vacuum lifters where relevant) by trained personnel. Buyer is responsible for site risk assessment, maintenance, and periodic inspection. Misuse, overload, modification, or non-genuine spares void warranty.
12 months from delivery against material/manufacturing defects under normal, compliant use, unless the quotation states otherwise. Remedy is repair, replacement, or credit at our option. Wear parts (cups, seals, hoses) are excluded except for DOA defects.
Configured/made-to-application goods are non-returnable except for verified defect or our written RMA. Standard spares may be returned within 14 days unused, in original packaging, freight prepaid, subject to a restocking note in the RMA.
Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise liability is capped at the price of the affected goods. No liability for indirect/consequential loss (downtime, crane standby, project delay).
Site content, images, and configuration guidance remain our property. No licence to reproduce for resale or to misrepresent compatibility.
These terms and each sale are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Previous versions of these terms are superseded by the version attached to the quotation where they conflict.
