2. Data we collect

• ✓Quote requests: company, your name, work email, country/region, product interest, application details (panel type, dimensions, weight, substrate, quantities).
• ✓Correspondence: emails to sales@ / service@ for quotes, orders, support.
• ✓Technical logs: basic server/hosting logs (IP, user agent) retained by our host for security.

We do not operate accounts, carts, or marketing newsletters. We do not sell personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• ✓Preparing quotations and configuring products — pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• ✓Order fulfilment, warranty, documentation — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• ✓Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• ✓Legal retention (invoicing, tax) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Processors

Hosting and quote-request handling: Netlify (Netlify Forms, global CDN). Font delivery: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com — IP transmitted to Google in the US). No analytics, no ad trackers, no social pixels are installed as of this version. If we add any, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first and consent collected via the banner.

5. International transfers

Hosting and form handling (Netlify) and font delivery (Google) may process data outside Hong Kong (notably the US) under Standard Contractual Clauses and their published safeguards. Contact us for copies of the relevant terms.

6. Retention

Quote enquiries: 12 months from last contact unless an order follows. Support correspondence: 24 months. Order and invoicing records: 5 years per applicable tax/commercial law.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may lodge a complaint with the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD), or your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU/UK.

8. Security

TLS in transit, access-limited mailboxes, least-privilege hosting access. No method is 100% secure — do not send sensitive personal data beyond what the quote form asks.

9. Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after posting constitutes acknowledgement.
